Callaloo Dish:

Prep time: 15 mins

1 can Jamlissa Callaloo drained & rinsed

2 cups freshly diced tomatoes

1 cup chopped onions

3 large cloves garlic chopped finely

2 chopped scotch bonnet peppers to taste

3 tbsp olive oil,salt, pepper and allspice to taste

Heat 3 tbsp oil in pan on medium heat , add garlic, onion, scotch bonnet pepper, tomatoes and Jamlissa Callaloo to oil lightly fold until all of the pot contents are heated. Remove from heat and add salt and pepper to taste.
